ST. CATHERINES HOSPICE - 30 YEARS

I was privileged to be part of St. Catherine's Hospice 30 year celebrations. St. Catherine's Hospice published 30 items they would like to have in their 30th year, and one of those was a cake for their special day.

My idea included the well known 'Green Butterflies' which gracefully adorn the hospice's logo. And a quote which I have had pinned on my kitchen wall for a number of years.

The results are as follows, and the matching cupcakes were enjoyed by the local primary school children, whilst the cake was on display in the hospice reception for a couple of days, before being shared between residents at the hospice.
